These are my replies to this video:

There is an obvious flaw in your answer if you check. You propose that there are two words used in the Bible for Sabbaths. You say that they are H7676 – Shabbath and H7677 – Sabbathown. The problem you have is that there are three words used, not two. The third is in the new testament, G4521 – Sabbaton.

In John 7:21-22  Jesus says:

21 Jesus answered and said to them, “I did one work, and you all marvel. 22 Moses therefore gave you circumcision (not that it is from Moses, but from the fathers), and you circumcise a man on the Sabbath.

The word used here for Sabbath is Sabbaton – The greek word.

My point is that there are not three types of Sabbaths. There was only one Sabbath day, which had different rules applied to them depending upon if it was a feast or not.

God does not apply a lesser restriction on top of Sabbath day. You are looking at it as if they are the same type of days, which they are not. Some Sabbaths were Feasts. Some were simply Sabbaths. The rules on the feast sabbaths are different to the rules on the “pure” Sabbath.

It is the same as saying do not eat anything on a purely Sabbath day, but you can eat Vegetables on any of a Feast Sabbath.  Why? Because they are a celebration! The do not contradict one another, They are mutually exclusive (Not inclusion as you are explaining).

Yes. It is exactly like comparing Apples and Oranges. They are both fruit! Here they are both Sabbaths. Just different types. If you discover that all oak tress have green elves and produce acorns, and then Discover that not all Green leafed trees produced acorns, you would be right. Sabbath Feasts have different rules to a normal Sabbath.

If they float as you propose, please explain what Jesus meant by Circumcision occurring on the Sabbath and then these events are only shown to occur on the eighth day of the month. It is never done on ANY other day.

You only need one day in a month to prove it as the Sabbath is every seven days.  He would have told us somewhere ? – He did.

Isaiah 28:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

Check then check the verses above.

He did say the seventh day is the Sabbath. Then he also said in In John 7:21-22

21 Jesus answered and said to them, “I did one work, and you all marvel. 22 Moses therefore gave you circumcision (not that it is from Moses, but from the fathers), and you circumcise a man on the Sabbath.

And the Sabbath appears on the Eighth day of the month.

 Manna

Exodus 16:1

And they journeyed from Elim, and all the congregation of the children of Israel came to the Wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after they departed from the land of Egypt.

This section is starting from the 15th day. Why would God have placed this here? To make us feel good? No. To provide us with the contact of when the Manna Fell.

4 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you. And the people shall go out and gather a certain quota every day, that I may test them, whether they will walk in My law or not. 5 And it shall be on the sixth day that they shall prepare what they bring in, and it shall be twice as much as they gather daily.”

Which makes the Manna fall on the 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st. The sixth day was a double amount. Why?

22 And so it was, on the sixth day, that they gathered twice as much bread, two omers for each one. And all the rulers of the congregation came and told Moses. 23 Then he said to them, “This is what the Lord has said: ‘Tomorrow is a Sabbath rest, a holy Sabbath to theLord. Bake what you will bake today, and boil what you will boil; and lay up for yourselves all that remains, to be kept until morning.’”

You said “According to scripture, God created the wordl infix days and the following day was the Sabbath and it has remained that way from that day till this”   – I think you need to take a look at how the calender system was changed before saying something like this. The number of days in a week were changed. You cannot have the seven day cycle on a changing calendar. Months changed lengths, Weeks changed length.

The Gregorian Calendar is simply is not the Calendar provided to us in the Bible.

History has to be secondary to the word of God, why then does the Gregorian calendar you are using have to be primary and God’s Caelndar secondary?
